Some people often say that they forgot everything. So therefore i will share some tips which will help you to improve your memory.
1. The first thing which will help to improve your memory is that you should learn memory processing.
The first step in memory processing is “Attention and Concentration”.
When you want to memorize something set alone because if you memorize the things in those places where are the noises then your attention and concentration will be disturb.
2.When you give full attention and concentration to the subject or to those things which you are memorizing then your memory is short term memory. Your short term memory will be from few seconds to few minuites.
For example:
You give full attention and concentration to memorize your phone number so the short term memory is formed.
Now if you revise the phone number few times then it will be long term memory. So repeat the things again and again which you want to memorize. So this will help you to improve your memory.
3.Third tip to improve your memory is exercise. Do Aerobic exercise and also those exercise which can increase your heart beat. It will increase the blood supply to your brain.
4.The other most important point is passive memory training. This point is especially for those people who forget everything. When you meet someone observe 4 things of that person and then recall those four things which you observed before sleeping. It will increase your observational power and blood supply to your brain.
5.The last tip to improve your memory is that eat healthy food and vegetables. Avoid fast food because fast food damages the blood vessels of our body and heart.
