Dehydration:
Symptoms:
1.You feel thirst.
2.Your lips become dry.
3.Your skin become dry.
4.Less frequent urination.
5.Hedache.
6.Rapid heartbeat.
7.Feeling tired.
Causes:
1.Dehydration is the most common disease among the people who lived in deserts and in those areas where is scarcity of water so we can say that when our body requires the water and we do not drink so the requirement of our body will not complete and at that case dehydration occurs.
2. In summer more dehydration occurs because of sweating. So we should drink more water.
3.There are also some other factors for dehydration such as vomating, Urination and diarrhea.
Treatment:
1.We should drink at least 8 to 12 glass water per day.
2. We should eat hydrating food like watermilon, cocumber and tomato etc.
3.We should also eat hydrating vegetables.
4.In summer don't go outside without any purpose because in case of sweating most of water is lost.
5. Dont drink too much tea, green tea, coffee and cold drinks etc because due to these water loss occurs. And if you want to drink tea drink at least 2 cups per day but you have to take balanced water in that case.
6.Drink milkshake, milk and smoothies in case of dehydration.
