There are two forms of vitamin D.
1.Ergocalciferol (D2).
2.Cholecalciferol (D3).
1.Ergocalciferol (D2) :
1.It is mostly in plants.
2.Mushrooms.
3.Fortified Food.
4.Milk, Cereal, juice etc.
2.Cholecalciferol (D3) :
1.Mostly in animal food.
2.Fish, Cod liver oil, Egg yolk, Grass finished butter.
3.Sun exposure.
Symptoms Of Vitamin D Deficiency:
1.Back pain and bone pain(Rickets in children, osteomalacia in adults)
2.Muscles pain.
3.Fatigue and tiredness.
4.Depressed mood.
5.Hair loss.
6.Impaired wound healing.
7.Getting sick or infected often.
