Uric acid
When the acidity is increased in humans blood then it is actually known as uric acid.
Uric acid is the most common disease from which about 90% peoples are affected.
Symptoms:
1. When Uric Acid level is increased the patients are experienced with swelling especially on their feet.
2.Urine colour become yellowish.
3.In some cases urine volume increased while in some cases it is decreased.
4.Uric acid patients are mostly experienced with pain in their joints, feet and heels.
5.The fingers of feet become swell and experienced with pain.
6.The uric acid patientʼs blood pressure is increased.
7.Some times uric acid patients are experienced with heart diseases.
Causes Of Uric Acid:
1. The first cause of uric acid is from dietary that if you use too much meat in your diet.
2. If you drink alcohol then your uric acid level should be increased.
3.Cold drinks should also increase the uric acid level.
4.Some times the level of uric acid is increased due to difficiency of enzymes.
5.Coronary kidney diseases (CKD) should also increase the level of uric acid.
Complications Due To Uric Acid:
Some major complications due to uric acid are;
1.Gout:
It is a standard form of inflammatory arthritis that's very painful. It usually affects one joint at a time. (often the big toe joint).
2.Stones:
Due to uric acid stones are made. Like uric acid stones etc.
Similarly uric acid is some times associated with diabetes, hypertension and heart diseases.
Treatment Of Uric Acid:
1.The food which you should eat in case of this disease are dates, Banana, Apple, Watermilon, Green tea, Carrots, Almonds and olive etc.
2.Add baking soda in 1 glass water. And mix. Now drink this mixture 2 times a day. But do not use if patient age is above 60 years. And do not use more than about 2 weeks.
It will clean your kidneys.
3. Avoid red meat,butter, rice, cold drinks, alcohols,chicken, spinach and ground root vegetables.
4. The use of mint and coriander is very good in this diseases.
5. Mostly use vegetables but avoid ground roots vegetables.
6.Drinking low fat milk and eating low fat dairy can reduce your uric acid.
