Causes Of Diabetes:
1. Diabetes can cause serious problems like it can damage your eyes, kidneys and nerves.
2.Diabetes can also cause heart diseases, stroke and even the need to remove limbs.
3.Diabetes can also cause due to eating unhealthy food.
4.Eating too much bakery products.
5.Lack of physical activity.
Types of diabetes:
There are two main types of diabetes mellitus.
1.Type 1:
In type 1 diabetes the cells of pancreas are destroyed therefore they stopped the formation of insulin. As insullin converts glucose into glycogen. Then glucose will not be converted into glycogen.
So the glucose level in our blood will be increased. So in this case diabetes type 1 is caused.
2.Type 2:
In this case the receptors of insulin are destroyed. So insulin will be unable to convert glucose into glycogen. And the glucose level in our blood increases. So the type 2 diabetes are caused in this case.
Treatment Of Diabetes Mellitus:
1.To balance diabetes you should eat whole grain.
2.Avoid white flour and use brown flour.
3.Eat fruits with low glycemic index. Avoid those fruits which have high glycemic index.
4. Eat brown bread or oats in breakfast.
5.Eat unprocessed nuts in snacks because nuts are high in protein.
6.Eat fenugreek because fenugreek has alot of benefits in controlling diabetes.
7.Stay hydrated.
8. Do regular exercise.
9.Use proper meal plan.
