Daily Healthy Routine Tips For Good Health.


There are some tips which helps you to become healthy.

1.Take at least 8 to 12 glass water per day. 

2.Daily do few minuites exercise for healthy life.                                  

3.Daily breath fresh air for good health. 

4.When you wakeup dont use your phone directly it will make you feel lazy whole day.   
                                
5. Take good sleep about 7 to 8 hours.    

6.Daily eat fruits for good health.     

7.Add vegetables to your diet.

8.Eat whole grain for good health.    

9.Also try to eat fish or meat for intake of protein.

10.Daily drink 1 cup milk or milkshake.
