It helps to build various tissues to extend height and it is also good for muscles growth. 

Forexample rich protein foods are beans and eggs etc.  

 And the fruit which contain more proteins is guava. 


3.Vitamins:

Vitamin D plays an important role in increasing height because it helps with the absorption of calcium.

Other vitamins are also essential including Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C etc. 

The good sources of vitamin D are egg yolks, red meat, fortified foods etc.
