How To Avoid Stomach Diseases


Stomach Diseases:

As we know that most of our diseases cause by stomach about 95 percent of our body diseases links with stomach. Or we say that when stomach demages then it is the mother of  all diseases.

1.Now to avoid stomach diseases we should avoid bakery items,sweets and market products because some of these products contain chemicals like frozen food. So the first thing to avoid stomach diseases is that we should eat healthy food. 

2.You should chew your food many times until it turns into small pieces. And eat the food slowly to avoid stomach diseases.

3.Drink water before eating the food, never drink water after eating. 

4.Do some activity after eating. Donot take rest after eating.

5.Do not use more chilli and sugar in your food.

6. To keep your stomach clean mostly use salads. 

Remedy To Make Magic Powder:

This powder is used to reduce stomach acidity. 

Ingredients:

1.1tbsp Ajwain
2.1 tbsp Cumin seeds
3.1 tbsp Fennel seeds
4.1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
5.1/2 tsp black salt
Mix all these ingredients. Now use  half tsp in morning and night.
